Books at home service
If you are unable to access a library due to age, ill-health, disability or mobility problems whether its long or short-term. Visit the books at home service to register.
E-books, E-audio books and E-magazines
Library members can borrow a selection of e-books, e-audio books and e-magazines. This service is free and all you need to get started is your library card and PIN number. If you don't have your PIN number or have forgotten it you can get it from City, Houghton-le-Spring or Washington Library.
