There are a range of digital apps in the NHS app library that can be accessed via mobile devices that could help you monitor and support your health and wellbeing.


NHS Choices
The NHS offer a free health check for adults aged 40-74. It's designed to spot early signs of stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, type 2 diabetes or dementia.
